We have been told by numerous guest that our prices are low
compared with the level of quality and service we provide, after
visiting us we are sure you will agree. We have followed this
policy, as we would prefer to have a full house than empty beds.

Deposit requirements
We usually take a 30% deposit; this figure could
be increased to 50% during our peak season. The deposit can be
paid via bank
transfer, Internet banking, by sending your credit card details
by facsimile or via an online payment.
We accept debit cards as well as the following credit cards,
Master, Visa, Amex and Diners Club.
Swift and electronic payments made directly into the bank account must be made
free of bank charges.

Cancellation policy
In the event of notification of cancellation refunds shall be
made on the following basis:
- Minimum cancellation fee of R100.00 or
10% of the deposit amount whichever is the greater.
- More than 30 days prior to arrival: 90% Refund
- More than 14 days prior to arrival: 40% Refund
- More than 7 days prior to arrival: 15% Refund
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival: No Refund
Should a guest not stay for the full number of days reserved,
full payment will be required, A Tuscan Villa Guest House cannot
be held responsible for inclement weather, electricity failures
or other acts over which it has no control.
It is expected that guests take out appropriate travel
insurance to cover any circumstances that will prevent them fulfilling
their obligations.
