The design of this room has received accolades from numerous bodies and guests who are all of the opinion that this room is truly wheelchair friendly.

The Tourism Grading Council of South Africa used it as the example for the correct layout of a bathroom in a presentation at the Annual Tourism Showcase Indaba 2006.

In an article written in the April 2006 edition of the Forward Magazine published by the Spinal Injuries Association of the UK, Neil Palmer wrote the following “We had a fantastic time staying in Cape Town on our honeymoon and I am hoping others in my position will consider going. We stayed in a splendid B&B where they couldn’t do enough to help and I would like to encourage others to take advantage of their excellent facilities.”

Ari Seirlis Director of the Quadriplegic Association of South Africa (QASA) and managing editor of Rolling Inspiration has used the room and has recommended the Villa to numerous people.
